Scrap a Boat

Our Boat Recycling team were tasked with removing an old Dockrell 22 Yacht from Calshot Activity Centre.

Nothing runs smoother than a local collection for us from a Gosport mooring. We will usually have the boat towed in by our local yard, mast down and lifted out onto our transport.

Boatbreakers were asked to collect a dispose of a Dawncraft 25 that had sunk in Northampton.

The Boat disposal team were asked to collect a scrap a Hurley 24/70 which was moored in Southsea Marina.

Not every boat that we scrap is in a boat yard. More often they are in people's gardens, garages or driveways.

The Boat disposal team had a local yacht to sort and this time it was a Tomahawk 25. The boat itself wasn't too bad as scrap boats go but it was more her location and circumstances that meant she ended up being scrapped.

Our Boat breaking collection team were on the road to Scotland to remove a fin keel yacht. The boat was being stored in an Edinburgh marina.

Our boat recycling team were at the River Hamble to remove an abandoned Westerly Jouster for the Parish Council.

After every storm we usually receive plenty of calls from owners with sunken boats. This winter season was no different and we were contacted about this little boat that was sunk in Hayling Island.

Boatbreakers were in Nottingham to remove a Shetland 18 from a customer's driveway. The boat had been up on blocks in a garden for a number of years.

The Boatbreakers team were in the South East to collect an old motor boat from a farm in Faversham.

Boatbreakers® were in Swanwick this week to collect a wooden boat for disposal.It's always a shame when a wooden boat is sent for scrap.
