Scrap a Narrowboat

The call came in concerning a narrowboat in a busy North London canal section that was dangerously listing.

The Boatbreakers team had a trip to Oxford last week. This time it was to collect an end of life Dawncraft 25 river cruiser.

The Boatbreakers team were on the road again this week. We had a call about a boat up north that had recently sunk on her mooring in a marina. The boat was a Norman 23 that was now back afloat at Uplands Marina, Northwich, just south of Liverpool.

Winter really is coming for Boatbreakers. With the conclusion of the Southampton Boat Show the summer season slams shut and it's now that boat owners face the decisions on what to do with their boat over the winter.

Boatbreakers were recently called by a marine surveyor to come and recover a fire damaged scrap boat from Pyrford Marina in Surrey. The boat was a Freeman 22 riverboat which was completely gutted by the blaze.
