Tia has been signed over to the boatyard, which is looking to recover the outstanding costs owed to it. Any proceeds from the sale go to the Yard in recovering their costs they are current owner of the boat.

If it’s completely unrealistic it probably won’t make it across the desk, but if it’s somewhere close to helping the yard recover what’s they’re owed and free up valuable space in the yard, there’s every chance it will be considered.

Traditional Colvic Watson 25.6 GRP motor-sailer.

CT Marine LD40H2 inboard diesel engine starts and runs, and the bow thruster is operational.

The photographs show the condition honestly.  Photos are current  and from this week (July 2026). She requires substantial cleaning, preparation and cosmetic refurbishment (or not). Her engine could use a good scrub.  The exterior timber and fittings are weathered, and the interior needs updating.
